André is a highly skilled, results-driven professional with expertise in compliance, organizational development, and contract development and management. His extensive portfolio spans a wide range of industries, including transit, healthcare, government, insurance, and risk management.

As the former Director of Compliance for Fraport USA Inc., André developed the company’s first compliance program plan and led the implementation of strategies, policies, and process improvement recommendations for managing the concessions program in compliance with Master Concessions Agreements, subtenant lease agreements, company operating procedures, and regulatory requirements. He oversaw the Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) program for the Nashville market, helped audit lease compliance across six airport markets, and was actively involved in developing a concessionaire loan program.

 

André has also spent more than a decade working in the public sector in Georgia and Arizona.  He served in various roles with the State of Georgia, including Operations Director for the Healthcare Facility Regulation Division of the Department of Community Health, Contracts Administrator with the Department of Human Services, and Risk Management Investigations Coordinator with the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities.  He is a former Rules Analyst with the Arizona Department of Health Services and previously led the HIPAA compliance efforts for Delta Dental Insurance Company.  In 2010, he was awarded the Governor’s Commendation for Excellence in Customer Service by the State of Georgia.
